2022版協調制度對品目3822條文進行了修改，并對子目進行進一步細分，新設子目3822.11、3822.12、3822.13、3822.19、3822.90。經過此次轉換，品目3822的范圍進一步擴大，將包含原第三十章的一些產品，如品目3002的一些檢測試劑及子目3006.20的血型試劑。

    在第三十章設立的排他條款需要將試劑盒（包括瘧疾診斷試劑盒）轉移到品目3822。因此，2017版子目3002.11、3002.13、3002.14、3002.15的相關試劑產品轉移到2022版子目3822.11、3822.12、3822.19中，子目3002.11在2022版中被刪除。2017版子目3006.20的血型試劑轉移到2022版子目3822.13下，子目3006.20在2022版中被刪除。
